Compuzone Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. Any items that become defective within the warranty period are eligible to be returned for a repair or replacement.
2. Return Procedure
Contact our customer support team at support@compuzone.co.uk to initiate a return. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to package and ship the returned item.
3. Refund Process
Items returned within the 30 day returns period will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. The original payment method will be used for refunds.
4. Exclusions
Items that have been opened, misused, or damaged are not eligible for return. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
